Tracey (Halyma) Vibert is always ready to bring her love of belly dance directly to you! Through private lessons, mini and full workshops, Tracey can carry her relaxed teaching style into your home, place of work or other suitable location. And for either solo performances or group productions with the Belly Dancing For Fun!!! Dancers, Halyma emerges to entertain, tastefully and with a fun energy that gets everyone up dancing!
Depending on the experience of student(s) involved, the lesson is catered to the needs of the individual or group, covering the same moves as in the evening classes, play with veils and discuss the anecdotal origins of belly dancing, costuming, and other props (stick, zills). Workshops include more technical practice as well as choreography to implement the moves learned.
Another exercise in creative dance exploration is the "Veil Meditation". This involves giving and receiving of energy through dance and veilwork. An amazing experience that has been described as re-birthing, relaxing, and "aaahhh"!

With varying levels of experience, an assortment of looks, sizes and styles, these dancers are all committed to the same thing - presenting a professional show while while sharing their joy of belly dance with their audience. They each exemplify the essence of Canadian belly dance in their love of the fusion of moves from different cultures and their ability to perform with either middle eastern rhythms or western music, depending on the situation and audience.
