I wanted to post a thank you to all of the participants in the Ottawa Dancers' Bazaar this past Sunday, February 25, 2007.
There are so many people to thank, starting with the crew of volunteers:
Diane, Linda R and Robin - first on the scene to get the tables set up and the signs out to the street, and stayed long past they planned to helping vendors set-up and more, but were most appreciated!
Andrea and Christina, seasoned pros who are experienced event volunteers who came in and kept things running smoothly all day.
Marielle and Rachel, arriving later in the day to help with assisting vendors, the event take down and so much more!
And my own personal angels, super heros etc. Tom and Linda B!
Tom is my guy on the floor, helping with everything from set-up, vendor liason, checking on everyone to make sure things are running as smoothly as possible throughout the day, as well as video taping and photographing the event.
Linda has been helping me since the early days of the Bazaar, giving me a chance to run around a bit to check on things and helping sell me and my stuff to the customers! Much grateful energy being sent her way!

We could not provide such a great selection of stuff without these wonderful people taking advantage of the opportunity to come show off their wares. A full list of vendors is available upon request!
Many of the vendors also donate fabulous gifts to the doorprizes and I wanted to take a moment to thank them all for these gifts too!

Zahra Haddad and Marco Qaqish wonderfully gave us some great rhythms to listen to - and dance to a bit as we enjoyed the afternoon! They both teach as well...
And finally - thanks to the 400 plus patrons who graced us with their shopping presence and joyful chatting as everyone had a chance to connect with new people, see familiar faces and enjoy the afternoon!
